Abstract

The collection Arqueologia do povoamento americano – contribuições a partir do contexto brasileiro, organized by Lucas Bueno and Adriana Schmidt Dias, is an updated and critical synthesis of the settlement of the Americas. The result of an international cooperation between Brazilian and French archaeologists, the work articulates theoretical, methodological, and empirical approaches to rethink Brazil’s role in debates on the earliest human occupations of the continent.
